Kurouchi | Gyuto Chef's Knife
Forged black. Cuts clean.
The Kurouchi Gyuto is a working knife built for daily use. The traditional black kurouchi finish and hammered nashiji texture aren't just for looks — they reduce drag through ingredients for smoother, cleaner cuts with less effort. High carbon Japanese alloy steel holds its edge through heavy prep without complaint. The ebony and red sandalwood handle sits secure in the hand from the first cut to the last. This is the knife serious home cooks reach for every day.
