Care instructions:
Hand wash only — never dishwasher. Dry immediately after washing. Store on a magnetic knife strip or in a knife roll. Sharpen with a whetstone at 15 degrees for best results. Oil the blade occasionally to maintain brightness and prevent oxidation.
